Osteria Casuarina Wedding Styling

In contrast to the last time we were at Osteria, during one of the wettest days on record, there was not a cloud in the perfect blue sky last Friday….. until of course the moment everything was set up for a garden ceremony and we were headed back up the highway to the Gold Coast! Luckily it was a passing shower and the skies quickly cleared in time for Christie & Glen to say their ‘I dos’ in the gorgeously manicured and freshly mown garden.

We love Osteria, it is a warm and welcoming venue, and the function space is amazing! High, high ceilings, polished cement floors, lots of timber and a warm rustic/industrial feel. The perfect blank canvas to create and style the most spectacular of weddings, whatever your style or theme. Pop in and check it out next time you are down Casuarina, they make a mean coffee & friand, and the lunch menu is superb!

 

We love the herb garden with bougainvillea arbour. Makes a stunning entrance way for the bride.

Inside, the reception tables were dressed in classic white lace runners, jars of fresh flowers in blush and neutral tones with touches of greenery and lots of tealights and pillar candles. The look was very soft and elegant.
